Job Summary

As a part of our customer service team, your role is to interact with customers in such a way as to provide a ‘Wow’ experience from start to finish. Your role is instrumental in providing new and existing customers with appropriate information regarding order status, inventory, as well as making the appropriate transfers of these tickets to a Sales or Tech Support Team as needed. The satisfaction of our customers is the cornerstone of our success!

Your Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with pre and post-sale expertise via phone, email and/or online chat.
  • Provide appropriate product recommendations utilizing your professional expertise.
  • Accepting and processing orders.
  • Answering technical questions on installation and/or troubleshooting when needed.
  • Continued education on all our products and software to act as a subject matter expert and provide the best experience possible for our customers
  • Active Listening and Active Learning: Providing full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and taking the time to learn new information
  • Critical Thinking to best assist clients in resolving any difficult situations or issues with our product line or services
  • Communicate solutions appropriately whether in writing or verbally
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by handling it directly or connecting them with the appropriate team
  • Double Check on any unsure information before responding to a customer
  • Educate and sell our products to interested customers (bonus incentives available!)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately via phone or written correspondence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong desire to learn and provide an excellent experience to our clients
  • Prior knowledge of automotive lighting a plus!
