Description

Customer Service Representatives working for Victory located at 1585 Westbelt Drive, Columbus, OH 43227 receive and process orders from customers via telephone, internet, fax or sales representatives in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Six month's Customer Service experience
• Distribution and/or Packaging industry a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry skills
• Ability to create and edit documents in MS Office: Word and Excel
• Ability to identify issues and communicate with team or management
• Two years of college preferred
• Minimum of a high school diploma and two years office experience

Essential Functions / Job Duties:

• Receive and enter customer order data into ASW/E8 computer system
• Process customer orders informing of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer.
• Receive and resolve most customer complaints.
• Track returned merchandise reason codes and makes adjustments to improve service quality.
• Consult with internal resources regarding needs of customers
• Work with departments as needed to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
• Work closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers.
• Provide timely feedback to management team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with sales representatives to create a supportive and positive team environment to exceed our customer expectations.
• Closely follow all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
