What are we looking for?
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and distribution support to our customers. The CSR is the direct interface with customers and responsible to address customer needs and coordinate problem solving in conjunction with Sales and cross-functional partners. The CSR works in partnership with the sales representatives; manages all aspects of the order fulfillment process; and forms working relationships with internal partners within supply chain, logistics, and operations.

What you’ll do in this role…

• Receive, process, and own customer purchase orders; including customer complaints, returns, credits/debits and customer inquiries

• Proactively communicate orders’ statuses

• Analysis of inventory and customer demand

• Partner with Sales in support of customer needs

• Manage customer master data and customer requirements

• Build relationships with customers and internal partners

• Back-up colleagues as needed

• Travel on an infrequent basis in support of sales effort

What you have already achieved:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Operations management, or STEM

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Excellent computer skills: including strong proficiency in Excel and Word are required

• Capacity to learn processes and systems

• Organizational, planning, and analytical skills

• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications that can set you apart:

• SAP experience

• Relevant experience in customer service, sales, supply chain or manufacturing experience
