Dedicated Account Coordinator

We are seeking an outgoing, professional, organized, tech savvy, Dedicated Account Coordinator to join our growing team and provide top-notch service for a Dedicated customer. In this role, you will interact directly with our customer, schedule orders to be picked up and delivered, maintain their warehouse inventory for 100% accuracy, answer questions, solve problems, work with drivers, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality customer service.

Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for this specific customer regarding the delivery process through phone, customer software and email; ensure that all customer questions are answered/resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Able to multi-task and operate multiple computer systems concurrently.
• Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers
• Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email
• Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
• Process orders and returns
• Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
• Document important customer information for future reference
• Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers
• Attend all required customer service-related meetings
• Inputs data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheet format
• Working with dispatcher to schedule orders
• Tech Savvy
• Very organized
• A team player and flexible with change on a regular basis

Hours and compensation:

Monday through Friday – 8am to 5pm

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience
