Compensation:

• Salary is dependent upon review of qualifications and experience

Tank Wagon & Packaged Deliveries:

• Tank Wagon Fuel tickets scanned to Ogden
• Receive Tank Wagon Bulk Oil & packaged orders and create delivery pick tickets
• Complete delivery tickets (proof of delivery) processed each morning and invoice the customer
• Identify back order products or items that are not inventoried.

Safety - The CSR is responsible to promote a Safe environment tied to Goal Zero initiatives:

• Participate in Safety Meetings
• Report all incidents to your Supervisor
• Promote "Stop Work Authority" as a primary work process to reduce the potential for incidents.

Retail Office:

• Incoming calls answered in a timely manner
• Process orders from customer calls and walk-in customers
• New Customers forwarded to Inside Sales and Cc to Director of Sales
• Daily scanning of completed paperwork into company digital repositories.
• Ensure correct data entry into PDI
• Buy back & rebates scanned to AF for processing
• Monitor previous orders not yet invoiced (within 24 hours)
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and kept to a high standard

Skills Required:

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize activities and projects Working knowledge of all petroleum products a plus
• Strong Customer Service and problem resolutions skills
• Computer Knowledge with relevant company IT systems experience
• Proficient at keyboard, 10 Key and basic accounting functions
