Customer Service Representative Job at Package Pavement Co Inc
Stormville Oil Company, located in East Fishkill, NY is seeking an organized, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative for our inside sales department. We are looking for someone that likes dealing with people at all levels and can successfully perform with limited guidance.
Our goal is to provide our customers with superior service through efficient and effective problem resolution.
Candidate must be polite, professional and customer service oriented.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments and provide information to callers.
- Reviews, sets and posts daily oil pricing.
- Reviews data to ascertain that oil inventory coincides with delivery schedules; mails reminder cards for furnace cleanings
- Schedules oil technicians for service appointments and deliveries.
- Mails lead letters and product information to customers and homeowners.
- Maintains communication with accounting before making A/R decisions and informing customers.
- Prints Credit Hold reports and automatic delivery oil tickets for distribution to drivers, oil technicians.
- Enters data for service technicians work orders.
- Reviews and adjusts oil tickets accordingly before being sent to A/R, making sure all information is recorded.
- HEAP-Liaison between customers in need of assistance with county of residence.
- Assists Transportation Administrator with daily paperwork during off season. Back up Transportation Administrator as needed with duties.
Candidate will receive customer calls and process all incoming orders through computer system. Must handle customer inquiries, complaints and information requests. Will coordinate with the credit department when customer accounts are over limit.
