Customer Service Representative Job at ONETA COMPANY
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering multiple phone-lines, extensive in-coming calls.
- Customer Call-Ins: Sales orders, product request, equipment repairs, concerns, and issues.
- Customer Support for Everest Water & Coffee, Sunrise Vending, Canteen, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co.
- Assisting Walk-Ins, Applicants, Employees, Supervisors and Management.
- Dispatching customer product requests to specified departments.
- Data Entry of customer sale orders, Repair and Service Requests.
- Responsible for invoicing, sorting mail, faxes, and general filing.
- Proficient in General Office Equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Preferred Associate Degree in General Business.
- Proficient Computer Skills in Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Customer Service Experience – 3 to 5 years.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills.
- Interdependent, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to handle high-levels of multi-tasking.
- Excellent time management skills are needed for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
