CarSquad is seeking a Customer Service Associate!

Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for interacting with customers to provide information to inquiries about vehicle products and services and to handle and resolve customer complaints.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet customers and potential customers entering the dealership using the sales script, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate destination.
• Direct customers to kiosks to look for vehicles.
• Drive customers to the vehicles in the dealership in the golf cart; ensure customers are secure in the golf cart and follow all company golf cart procedures.
• Escort customers to view vehicles outside when requested.
• Run the "up system" for the sales department by assigning customers to sales representatives as their names appear on the list. Escalate any problems with the up system to the Sales Manager.
• Greet customers who have complaints or concerns; pull the deal and any other required information to assist Customer Service Representatives; direct customers with complaints to a Customer Service Representative.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is at Off Lease Only's sole discretion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in the English language.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
