Job Responsibilities
- Assist all customers with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Accept, review, and process Requests for Quotes and Purchase Orders with strict attention to detail.
- Apply basic accounting principles as they relate to order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of department policies and apply to all customer communications.
- Collaborate with team members in a productive manner to meet shared goals.
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of all products, including specifications and compatibility, in order to field technical questions from customers.
- Represent company values and policies with consistency.
- Provide support for managers for all customer service-related requests, as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of customer service or account management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Outstanding interpersonal/customer service skills and communication skills.
- Strong analytical problem solving with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff members within the company.
- Ability to maintain individual task list, adhering to strict department timelines.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Experience with Netsuite is preferred.
