Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in the Nashville, Tennessee area for Nation leading manufacturing Client


Location: Franklin, TN
Shifts: DAY
Start: Hiring Immediately ASAP
Compensation: $55K-$72K Base + Full Paid Benefits) + Relocation Support

SUMMARY:
Provide service to customers in a timely and effective manner, per the company's standards, policies and procedures, coordinate and/or execute sales/account-related administrative and support activities to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collect, control and process orders from A to Z, ensure that they are scheduled, delivered and invoiced as requested and keep all service logs up to date.
  • Support Account Managers in the preparation of field visits, manage resulting actions
  • Collect, log, track and ensure resolution of customer requests, complaints, problems and questions and dispatch these to appropriate internal parties if needed
  • Coordinate activities related to technical registrations, follow up KPI’s (suggest/take corrective actions if necessary) and ensure the collection, centralization and management of Group Master data.
  • Serve as point of contact for customers and act as interface between the customer, sales and all other departments within the organization.
  • Identify and signal shortcomings and bottlenecks suggest and implement improvements and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems.
  • Participate in and support the execution of projects defined by the regional organization and the SAP team.
  • Plan, coordinate, supervise and optimize activities and processes in the assigned team.
  • Prepare and administer documentation related to the daily work; maintain all customer records; report and communicate relevant qualitative and quantitative information to management and colleagues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree is Required
  • 3-12 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of mining equipment and the mining industry is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
