In addition to the sales and rentals of specialized safety equipment, Code Red Safety provides a range of services:
> Stand-by rescue services
> Breathing air trailers

Code Red Safety is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated candidate for a Customer Service Representative position in our Hammond, Indiana office.

Code Red Safety is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated candidate for a Customer Service Representative position in our Hammond, Indiana office.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting office functions including answering phones and entering sales orders.
- Following up on customer orders
- Ensuring product is ordered, shipped and delivered
- Resolve customer problems
- Assist in the processing of sales completed over the company’s website
- Research with vendors to find non-stock products
Requirements:
- 3- 5 years Customer Service Experience (preferably in the safety service / supply industry)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work with customer and establish a solid working relationship with them
- Extremely detail orientated
