The Customer Service and Order Management Representative at Holbrook-Associated, Inc. is a key member of our office team.

Responsibilities Include:

- Communication via phone and email within the electrical network

- Communication of information among our sales team

- Entering data accurately for order processing

- Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve overall satisfaction

- Identifying proper channels, tools, and procedures to achieve customer and vendor satisfaction

- Providing accurate information to the customer or vendor

- Coordinating the post-sale transaction of product and paperwork

Required Work Experience:

- Prior relevant positions held

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to retain and manage information

- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

- Ability to identify the most effective resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
