About This Project


This is a seasonal project with expected dates from 12/12/2022 through 03/31/2023 with weekends and most holidays off! You must be able to commit to this entire project timeline.


As a remote Seasonal Customer Service Expert, you will handle inbound calls to assist with ride scheduling for healthcare plan members. Support.com is a company that is fully committed to providing world-class customer service.


This seasonal/temporary position includes:


  • Two weeks of paid training:
  • Training is Monday through Friday starting Monday, 12/12/2022, at 8 AM CST to 4:30 PM CST. 100% attendance is required!
  • After successfully completing training, you will receive a $3 per hour increase!
  • After training completion, shifts are assigned 8 hours per day with 2 paid breaks and 1 unpaid lunch with start times and end times during the following hours of operation for this project: 8 AM CST through 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Weekly performance bonuses available!
  • This is an exciting, 100% work-from-home seasonal opportunity to break into the healthcare plan field. You'll work and collaborate with others in our virtual environment, while providing our customers with a high-quality customer service experience.

Skills You'll Need


  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
  • Personal accountability and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based applications, including Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to learn key CRM and telephony applications
  • Documentation skills.

Your Qualifications


  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
  • Minimum of six months' experience in the call center field. Healthcare field experience is a plus!
  • Must be a US resident in a listed hirable state.

Workspace Requirements


  • A dedicated, disruption-free home office workspace (a separate room with its own door).
  • Bring your own devices:
  • Reliable, hardwired, high-speed broadband internet connection with the ability to plug in an Ethernet cable. Minimum requirement of 10Mbps download speed and 2Mbps upload speed
  • Computer with:
    • Processor: Modern Dual-Core 2.9 GHz (i5 or i7 Intel processor or equivalent AMD)
    • 8GB RAM or higher
    • Windows 10 System operating or higher
    • Dual Monitors required
  • Mouse must be external
  • Corded (not wireless) noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Webcam
