Partners Personnel is currently Hiring for a Costumer Serviece Associate,

Primary Objective: The role provides support for customer service staff to create a world class customer service program. Helps with all sales support issues and processes. Helps with documenting processes.

Responsibilities:

• * Provides effective Guidance to meet departmental service level goals/metrics
• * Ensures timely processing of customer orders and helps resolve customer disputes
• * Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance team’s efficiency
• * Analyses data base records to develop processes or programs to provide better customer service
• * Facilitates the review of customer complaints//returns/financial adjustments to assure timely issuance of credits/debits to our customers
• * Works with the Operations and Sales Teams and provides total Customer Service by taking responsibility for resolving customer issues
• * Achieves Customer Service metrics which are a measurement of service provided to customers
• * Utilizing guidelines/criteria to provide proper and timely order entry
• * Knowledge in general billing inquiry and ability to take proper steps for account resolutions
• * Provides email correspondence within a timely manner
• * Ability to communicate with Sales Reps to ensure proper order entry
• * Maintain product knowledge to efficiently answer customer inquiries and questions
• * Pull orders from warehouse if needed
• * Additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
