Portal Adventures is looking for fun, reliable, accommodating people to join our team.
Responsibilities will include hosting escape room sessions, monitoring active escape rooms, resetting rooms, answering calls/emails, and running the lobby. Most importantly, during active rooms, your job is to ensure that everyone inside the adventures has a memorable and positive experience.
What we look for in an ideal candidate:
- Quick learners with strong attention to detail.
- A knack for hospitality and customer service.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Be both personable and hard working .
- Above all, we are looking for someone who has a love for quality entertainment!
Punctuality is critical for this position, and work hours may vary. We are specifically looking to find potential employees that are willing to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and weekday evenings. This is a perfect job for someone who is going to school.
