Essential Job Functions

Establishes/maintains relationship with client IT teams.

Coordinates all technology changes and requests with client IT departments.

Creates and maintains client IT inventory and personnel.

Serves as lead for project coordination with new client onboarding.
-
Coordinates implementations of Ensembles technology products with client IT.
-
Resolves process opportunities with client IT and Ensemble operations.
-
Serves as escalation manager between Ensemble and client IT department.
-
Facilities needed meetings with client IT organizations.
-
Maintains and publishes IT product roadmap to Ensemble’s leadership.

Attend routine client IT meetings, as needed.
