FHIA Remodeling is hiring for our Customer Experience Specialist call center in Ft Lauderdale, FL. What You’ll Do:

Manage a high volume of incoming calls; Identify and assess needs to achieve satisfaction

Provide a world-class experience for our customers by resolving customer concerns and issues efficiently and properly

Monitor all internal and external communication through various mediums

Regularly contact clients you are assigned to as Account Managers by keeping them updated on their current ongoing project

Reaching out to clients with completed jobs in efforts to broadcast their experience with the company via Google

Notating accounts regarding all interactions and steps taken to assist customers in the company's CRM system
What You’ll Bring:
At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
- Intermediate experience with MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
- Great organizational and time management abilities
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Must have scheduling availability Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
- Bilingual preferred- Spanish
