Customer Engagement Representative Job at NASCAR Racing Experience
The NASCAR Racing Experience and Mario Andretti Racing Experience is seeking energetic and customer service driven Sales Associates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand
- Completing the check-in process with our customers
- Accurately process sales through a Point of Sale System and credit card machine transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
- Support opening and closing functions when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to work Weekends / Travel
- Remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- At least 16 years of age

Travel Allowance and Per Diem are compensated with hotel accommodations when traveling.
