· Customer contact, via incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails &/or texts throughout the scheduling process
· Assisting with scheduling sales/service apts and other tasks as needed.
· Assisting with utility locates, permits, invoicing as needed.
· Misc. office tasks such as scanning, faxing, mail, FedEx and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
