Scheduler Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems, communicating all with construction TEAM.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining schedules for crews, sub-contractors and vendors , communicates with Constrcution TEAM.
- Completes requests by greeting customers on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping customers updated on progress , meeting and change orders.
- Receives and tracks contractor invoices.
- Documents all communications in customers profiles. Filing digitally for reference.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Scheduler/ Job File Handler general working hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. M-F
Some over time available during peak times.

- Construction Knowledge a plus
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
