Position Description:
The Customer Care Associate position will play a crucial role in helping our customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries
- Work collaboratively with the company’s internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided
- Provide consistent status updates to appropriate parties
- Complete all other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept with Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions
- Strong organizational skill with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Regular attendance
Job Type: Full time (30-40 hours per week)
