Office/Warehouse Custodian

We are looking for a Custodian for our office/warehouse facility. Duties too include general janitorial tasks.

Duties:

• Maintain a cleaning schedule that will include cleaning of floors, wastebaskets, windows, blinds, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Keep building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, neat and clean.
• Maintain office lights and replace them when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and request additional supplies as needed.
• Make minor building repairs as needed and report major repair needs to supervisor.
• Move furniture or equipment within building as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with special event set up, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
• Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.
• Assist warehouse team as needed for various functions (receiving/shipping)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
• General knowledge of basic tools preferred
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, for long periods of time.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and random drug screening required.

Schedule:

• Full-time preferred
• Will consider Part-Time for right person

Pay: Based on experience
