JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned building and office areas per contract specifications.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (%s may vary based on daily job assignments)
- Gather and empty trash from trash cans. Clean trash cans if necessary.
- Clean and disinfect restroom mirrors, counters, sinks, showers and toilets.
- Restock paper towels and toilet paper.
- Dust furniture, mini-blinds, filing cabinets and ceiling fans, etc. as directed.
- Vacuum carpets and floors.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Wash and squeegee interior windows.
- Shampoo carpet and furniture, wax, buff and refinish floors etc. as directed. As well as perform other job duties as assigned when necessary.
