Kerri's House, from Crossroads Programs, is seeking Youth Support Workers (Full-time and Part-time) in EWING, NJ
WAGES: $19/ HOUR FOR 3PM TO 11PM SHIFT; $17/ HOUR FOR ALL OTHER SHIFTS.
$2000 SIGN-ON BONUS
At Kerri's House, you will use a therapeutic approach to provide services to children ages 5-11 years old who demonstrate emotional and behavioral challenges that require intensive assessments and interventions.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain detailed documentation using an online system
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal hygiene
- Administer medications
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience providing direct support to children with intellectual disabilities in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting or
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field + 1 year providing direct support to children with intellectual disabilities in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
Candidate must pass:
- Criminal Record History Clearance
- FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance
- Physical & Drug Screening
Candidate must possess:
- Valid NJ/PA Driver's License.
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored training
