Summary:
Position: Front Office Medical Assistant
Hours : 8:30am - 5pm; Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 DOE
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Duties
- Greet/room patients and handle all check in duties
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and provide excellent customer service
- Enter and update all patient information and enter it into EMR system
- Perform procedures such as drawing blood, injecting shots, and prepping clients for treatments
- Ensure all exam rooms are up to par with medical standards throughout the day
- Sterilize instruments and maintain all medical equipment
