RESPONSIBILITIES

• The cross-training of our staff is vital to the operation of the restaurant. All crew members will be trained in all positions, allowing operations to flow smoothly while providing career advancement opportunities.
• Front-of-House Duties
• Greetings guests
• Working the POS system
• Serving the food line
• Cleaning
• Answering the phone
• Answering FAQ about Filo
• Handling online orders and interacting with partner delivery drivers
• Back-of-House Duties
• Preparing the food
• Dishwashing - manual/machine
• Maintenance cleaning
• Positively represent Filo hospitality at all times

Currently there’s 1 location, with the 2nd in the works, on top of having a food truck as well.
