Fire Wings in Tracy, CA is looking for potential front and back of house crew members to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Cashier Staff Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Complete transactions using a point of sale (POS) system and cash registers
- Introduce and cross-sell products
- Serve orders in an organized and timely manner
- Communicate and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Prepare seafood and shellfish ingredients
- Prepare and make sauces
- Prepare, toss, and plate food
- Maintain and oversee food quality standards
- maintain an organized and sanitary environment
- Cleaning and clearing the prep stations
Qualifications
- Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the restaurant clean
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Great organizational skills
- Proven work experience in a back of house role
- Open availability
- Willingness to learn
