Crew Leader
Boutique Landscape Design and Maintenance Company, located in Ft. Worth’s west side off Camp Bowie, is looking for Crew Leaders. We’re a family owned business that’s been serving upscale clients in some of the city’s finest neighborhoods for 35 years.
We’re expanding and looking for fast learners to serve as Crew Leaders. These employees are our representatives in the field and must be professional, resourceful, and able to follow instructions carefully. We provide in-house training to qualified candidates and pay them while they learn.
General Skills and Traits
- Tech Savvy – Able to use an iPhone and learn other apps we use on the job to schedule, keep time, track materials, and report issues to your supervisor/office.
- Detail Oriented – We are known for consistently delivering high-quality work to discerning clients who notice and expect careful attention to detail.
- Fast Learner – Like challenging yourself to learn and acquiring new skills.
- Enjoy working outdoors – Using your hands, staying fit, working with plants are all things you like to do.
- Professional – Pride yourself on being friendly, respectful, and courteous to both coworkers and clients.
- Leader – Understand the value of setting a high bar and leading by example.
Specific Requirements
- Have a valid Texas Drivers License
- Able to read and write (Spanish or English)
- Reliable
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to learn new things

Full-time position
Hours 8 – 5 Monday – Thursday
Starting salary $17 to $25 per hour
