Seeking a passionate, driven & imaginative professional interested in growing with a rapidly expanding and profitable division, that works with large Fortune 500 corporations.

We are focused on providing clients with Branded Merchandise, Premiums & Custom Products Sourced from Overseas. Clients will come to our division seeking promotional merchandise intended for their corporate initiatives. This position is intended for growing & building a solid career.

CCG is interested in a Creative Services Coordinator who is inventive, hardworking, organized & capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. We have recently built a state-of-the-art Photo/Video Studio and have all corresponding equipment – looking for a talented individual who knows how to utilize all equipment in a creative, unique and out of the box way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit high quality photos and videos of custom branded merchandise and premiums to showcase products and B2B services to Fortune 500 companies
  • Conceptualize creative ways to showcase our client’s products/services and execute photo/video shoots in-house
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce unique concepts through research & execution on assigned brands and projects
  • Ideate and design creative product/packaging/signage mock-ups and renderings as well as decks, sell sheets, case studies, and other print & digital collateral materials for clients and management
  • Create unique layouts and presentations to showcase our services to clients
  • Mockup die-lines and print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator
  • Communicate regularly with clients and management regarding incoming/outgoing projects
  • Work with freelancers, contractors, and cross-functional partners to manage projects and timelines across various departments
  • Create and schedule social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Organize and maintain camera/lighting equipment and studio spaces
  • Edit, retouch, color correct, and composite photos/videos as necessary
  • Media management/record keeping: have a system for maintaining files & E-files in an organized manner
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and Associate Manager of Creative Services
  • Assist with daily operation for branded merchandise, apparel & premiums, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Media Production – 2 years preferred
  • Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, *After Effects*
  • Product Photography/ Videography Experience
  • Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Experience using Canva to create custom layouts and mockups
  • Experience with Media Production & Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience with full-frame mirrorless digital cameras (or DSLRs) and lighting equipment
  • Ability to lift and operate equipment up to 20 lbs
