Summary:

The CRA Analyst II is responsible for the collection of all loan data for examination and reporting purposes; review of consumer and small business/farm loans for data integrity; and submission of HMDA and CRA loans to the Federal Reserve annually. The Analyst II will assist the CRA Officer in updating CRA Public Files; maintaining logs and documentation for community development investments, services, and loans; and with basic analysis of loan data.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Import loan data into the CRA Wiz, geocode each record and resolve syntax and validity errors.
  • Test the accuracy of consumer and small business/farm loan data through a sampling process, referring to the original loan documents scanned into Director for data verification.
  • Submit HMDA and CRA loans using the CRA Wiz for applicable banks by March 1 each year.
  • Work with business units to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Update the bank’s CRA public files as needed.
  • Maintain logs and supporting documentation for CRA qualifying donations and services.
  • Survey branch personnel for CRA related information
  • Generate CRA Wiz reports and enter information into analysis spreadsheets for each bank.
  • Create charts and graphs of analysis results for CRA self-assessments.
  • Complete CRA Basics course and Management Development course as assigned.
  • Understands, embodies, communicates, and instills corporate initiatives and vision, including the Six Pillars of Success.
  • Maintains client information in complete confidence.
  • Completes other specified duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance required, working at the assigned worksite, or assigned remote location during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
