Responsibilities:
- Exceeds guests’ expectations and is an ambassador of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas
- Takes, prepares and delivers orders of guests
- Maintains full knowledge of menu items, specials and service time
- Knows setting set guidelines, table numbers and overall outlet procedures
- Ensures stations are set, tables are clean, and furniture is in place
- Responsible for POS system and all checks opened in the server numbers
- Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests/members, using surnames when obtained
- Adheres to food and beverage safety standards
- Adheres to all safety standards and guidelines
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
- Must have Valid Food Handler's Card from Riverside County
- Must be TIPs Certified
- Minimum of 1 year of previous serving experience
- Must have a flexible schedule - including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs, sometimes in a repetitious event
- Must be willing to work in varying environments/weather
- Knowledge of both casual and fine dining service preferred
- Bartending experience in Country Club is a plus
Pay: $15.50/hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
