Job Summary:
The employee will be responsible for providing cost estimating, analysis of financial information, scheduling and risk analysis for the government's use, in support of the client. 100% Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a cost team lead or senior analyst responsible for leading, planning, and conducting rate analyses.
  • Participate in cost related meetings and provide pricing evaluation recommendations.
  • Work with Project Manager to develop proposal evaluation matrix and offeror rate analyses in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate/collect IGCE and form rate ranges from industry data for offeror rates evaluation.
  • Collect offeror proposals and review to determine proposal compliance.
  • Review and research solicitation, Federal Acquisition Regulation and other government sources for cost proposal evaluation.
  • Present findings and suggestions to mitigate possible risks for the government's action.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Attend monthly In-house Contractor Meetings and ad-hoc meetings as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ Yrs of Related government experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of and experience in estimating the Government contract labor rates
  • Ability to analyze data and use quantitative financial analysis; identify financial issues and present results to senior managers.
  • Mid to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge for FAR, Government Acquisition and understanding for RFP solicitations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that display a superior ability to tailor explanations and presentations to various audiences who have different values, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Work effectively with various levels of leadership
  • Interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and interact with teammates in a professional manner.
  • Detailed oriented and quick problem solving.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and SharePoint
