· Love animals (your creations will be fed to dogs who will love the taste while the owner loves the look and knows the ingredients are good for their pet)

· Are artistic (decorating dog cakes and cookies is an art, it’s similar to human cake decorating but with less detail and more patience)

Able to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and messages (you know what needs to be done and what can wait),

· Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented (you have a to-do list and get satisfaction when everything is checked off…),

· Passionate, positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented (you’re a glass-half-full kind of person with a can-do attitude),

· Self-confident and self-assured (you’re kind and respectful, but are able to speak up if someone else is being disrespectful),

And would love to…

· Represent the company and in the most positive, professional manner (your words and actions have a huge impact),

· Work between two store locations (we would love to have someone who can travel between our Spotsylvania and Stafford bakeries)

· Stock baked good for the company (the baked goods you make will help maintain the cookie and cake stock at that location).
