Summary of Position
Management of all treasury-related responsibilities for operator of 107 Wendy’s locations, 15 Marriott and Hilton Hotels, two rooftop venues and an outdoor shopping center. Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly Journal entries and agree month-end balance sheet accounts to supporting detail. Provide support to the Controller on budgets, reconsolidations, and other projects as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage Treasury Analyst responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of cash transactions for more than 107 restaurant locations
  • Monitor banking activities to detect irregularities and to transfer funds per existing cash management protocols
  • Prepare daily cash balance and requirements reporting.
  • Assist Manage and update cash flow projections across business lines in coordination with Director of Accounting and other members of the Senior Management team
  • Ongoing coordination and communication with multiple banks, including new account setup and existing account management
  • Maintain debt tracking file across business lines and related monthly payments schedules
  • Daily/Weekly cash reconciliations from POS System to GL
  • Investigation and follow up into all cash related discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations reports regarding all cash deposits to bank
  • Assist and support Treasury Manager
  • Maintain required files and databases
  • Assist with initiation of outgoing wire transfers as well as monitoring for incoming wire transfers
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by analysis and Treasury and special projects

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Ideal candidate is an extremely organized self-starter, who enjoys an in person office position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business, Preferred
  • Knowledge of Trintech ReconNet software, a plus
  • Working with accounting software, Lawson Infor software would be a plus.
  • Proficiency working with Excel, including functions, a plus
  • Accounting experience in the restaurant, a Plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
