Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with 2 to 4 years of transactional aviation law experience, specifically aircraft purchases and sales, aircraft leasing, and aircraft financing as well as, if possible, experience in representing aircraft parts manufacturers and aircraft operators, to join its Corporate Group. Academically distinguished applicants with experience in these areas are sought to assume responsibility within a nationally-recognized, established aviation transactional and regulatory practice.
