The Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz seeks an associate with two (2) to five (5) years' experience to join its Corporate Group. Academically distinguished applicants with excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment and experience with the drafting of complex transactional agreements, are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse transactional practice. Candidates will have some experience leading transactions or portions of M&A, general corporate, securities and other business transactions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and hardworking with strong organizational skills.
