Posting Summary
The Coordinator of the Men and Masculinities Program is responsible for creating programs and initiatives at the Women & Gender Equity (WAGE) Center to help support the retention and success of masculine identified students.The position is responsible for community engagement with masculine identified students at the Center.The program coordinator works in collaboration with the Coordinator of Strategic Retention in the office of Enrollment Management to evaluate the needs of masculine identified students by gathering and analyzing data in support of the application and retention of masculine identified students.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two to four years of experience in a higher education environment required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a collaborative multicultural environment, through a lens of the intersections of identities and systemic oppressions. Demonstrated ability to build collaborations and manage competing priorities required. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database applications and student information systems required. Evidence of strong organizational and oral/written communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in digital and print design. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion in disclosure of sensitive and confidential information required.
