Coordinator, Logistics Systems Job at AMC Theatres
Primary contact for resolution of all product issues at the theatre & with our distributors. Ensure all special Food & Beverage, Coca-Cola, NCM & Screenvision promotions are executed and product is in place. Monitor all direct products used by the theatres and maintain proper inventory levels at all points of the supply chain as it pertains. Resolve theatre manager concerns inventory challenges and provide Crunchtime support for theatre teams. Concession product administration via Crunchtime and Master Data Management. Alcohol support in setting up new locations.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for communication to theatre management teams and develop plans to proactively resolve theatre issues
- Uninterrupted flow of direct and indirect products at theater level ensuring profit maximization and maintenance of accurate concession product information in all systems
- Resolve supplier issues and mitigate the impact of supply chain interruptions on theatre operations
- Responsible for maintaining department reports and limited administrative duties for SVP
- 2+ years’ Procurement or relevant experience
- Working knowledge of concession point-of-sale, Cinema Solutions, Master Data Management and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Excel to generate tracking and evaluation tools for department programs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem identification and necessary follow-up to problem solve
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience using Crunchtime
- Strong understanding of theatre concession operations, strategies & costing
