• Leads the support staff while assisting the Hospitality Manager in planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations to ensure efficiency.
• Selects, trains and supervises student staff members and communicates the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Checks the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.
• Performs monthly evaluations of student staff members according to performance and participation.
• Works with the human resources department to recruit, hire and train new student personnel.
• Assists with the development of the intern program to provide additional staffing as needed.
• Leads the support staff during game days while assisting the manager with any necessary required tasks.
• Works with the marketing team to promote hospitality services.
• Oversees the Hospitality Services' social media platforms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
