Position Summary:
Under the direction of the food service supervisor and chief clinical dietitian prepares all food for patient physician catering and cafeteria by following established standardized recipes.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hires after 1/1/13 must pass pre placement testing.
- High volume cooking experience desired.
- HSD/GED OR 2 years equivalent work experience.
Special Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals and adjust measurements of ingredients.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to interact and communicate with all customers and team members in a positive professional manner.
