IDR is seeking an IT Contracts Analyst to join one of our Top Clients in Dallas, TX!

Position is a 6+ month contract with a high possibility to extend/convert, and will be onsite 3 days/week in Dallas, TX.

Position Overview for the IT Contracts Analyst:

• Directly support IT department Contracts and Vendor Management focus toward optimizing vendor performance, relationships, and strategy.
• Work with assigned suppliers to develop, implement and monitor governance processes designed to support a continual service improvement (CSI) framework.
• Partner with subject matter experts to lead sourcing initiatives by advising on options, risks, cost analyses, and business impacts.
• Manage and support IT vendors with a heavy emphasis on contract renewals. Analyze spend and utilization during contract renewals.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management; analyze complex contract proposals and negotiate favorable terms for renewals, SaaS agreements, SOW’s and contingent workers; Advise contract owner on all contract terms to ensure quality and reduce risk.

Required Skills for the IT Contracts Analyst:

• 3-6 years experience leading, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts
• 3-6 years experience in effective negotiations on price, delivery, and commercial terms and conditions
• 3-6 years experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
• Knowledge of IT specific contract language; other contract knowledge a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors Degree – Business or Supply Chain
• CPM, CPSM, or A.P.P. through the Institute of Supply Management or CTPS through the Association of Caucus Technology Acquisition Professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
