Bilingual Position - This position is a in our Carolina, PR office. This is a full time, permanent hire position.

One Health Direct is becoming a leadingcall center in the durable medical equipment industry to our US customer base. We are seeking our next Team Lead to continue to build, coach, and motivate our team of excellent employees. Our Dunedin Contact Center is a rapidly growing, friendly, and positive work environment.

We are looking for an experienced sales oriented Team Leader with a positive, team-oriented management style to further direct the success of this team. We are looking for a goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding performance objectives in a friendly but fast paced sales call center work environment.

  • The most important skill needed is the ability to level up entry level sales associates

Responsibilities Include:

  • Live Monitor/Audit an individual’s calls and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Set and achieve performance goal and objections
  • Write and conduct weekly performance evaluations/reviews
  • Document all coaching/development sessions in the Human Resource Database
  • Handle escalated patient issues and work directly with patients to facilitate problem resolution in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage employee issues regarding attendance and performance

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Required - Two (2) years proven leadership experience developing an Inside Sales Lead with experience in a Call Center environment
  • Successfully managed 15+ employees in an office environment
  • Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge

Education:

  • Preferred - Healthcare experience
  • Preferred - Sales experience
  • Preferred – Associate degree or better

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $31,200.00 per year
