CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
MIT — Most Important Thing:
To drive revenue and profitability. The CFO provides insight, guidance, support, financial foresight, industry expertise, and friendship to clients. Most important thing as an outsourced CFO is building relationships and TRUST with business owners. To provide strategic advisory to the client while building a trusting relationship.

KPI’s — Key Performance Indicators:

• A minimum of 30 billable hours per week (1500 per year)
• A minimum of 40 hours worked per week
• Client Retention of greater than 85%
• Employee Retention of greater than 85%
• All client engagements must be managed to a Gross Profit margin of 50% or better
• Timesheets are entered daily
• On-time attendance at all mandatory company meetings
• 15Five review and submission completed weekly
• More than 90% of Financial Statement Delivery on or before the 15th
