Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Woburn, MA (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Skills:
Project manager experience in construction

Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead construction projects.
You’ll be working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, interfacing with end users, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering while tracking the project schedule.
5 years of experience managing construction projects in large manufacturing/industrial environments
Familiar with code compliance and building occupancy
Understands interdependent utility integration, e.g., completed wet-mech systems including installed, wired, and calibrated devices
Ensure on-time, or ahead-of-time delivery of construction projects, solve problems and prioritize execution
Ability to evaluate construction drawings, create biddable work packages, and validate contractor bids against cost/schedule estimates
Evaluate, negotiate and process change orders, submittals, and RFIs
Provide clear, concise direction to trades helping prioritize efficient build-out
Troubleshoot, walk down, and resolve issues that arise from the field

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to lead and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
