We are happy to announce a new Plumbing Manager position within our Construction Division. This position will be responsible for the securing and overseeing all plumbing subcontract project work along with growing this business segment across Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

· Development of plumbing work through general contractor relationships and other public construction publications/references

· Coordinates and implements the design, planning, and management of all construction plumbing jobs

· Monitors each project relative to scope, budget, and timeline and communicates with any stakeholder changes relative to scope of project

· Designs and Implements plans of action for project cost overruns and sliding deadlines

· Works closely general contractors, external architects, and engineers as well as with internal engineers during design and project administration

Requirements:

· High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, organizational, communication and reasoning skills.

· Must be customer-oriented and task driven for the safe and timely completion of work

· Capable to manage multiple projects at any given time remaining cognizant of their status and the prioritization of the portfolio

· Both highly detailed and technically accurate to ensure compliance with contracts and job specifications

Skills and Experience:

· Licensed Master Plumber Preferred but not required

· Minimum of five years of project management, operations, and customer service experience

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulPlease send resume and current compensation.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
