Construction / Contracting Project Manager Job at Lohmiller Real Estate
Lohmiller Contracting Services is a full service general contracting firm that covers everything from minor repairs to new construction, with a specialization in home repairs and remodeling. LCS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented and experienced project manager to join our team! Our Project Managers oversee up to five employees and numerous subcontractors at various job sites. The territory for this position will be primarily in southeast Indiana, with occasional jobs in Ohio and Kentucky.

Project Managers are W-2 employees who enjoy a variety of benefits, such as a 401(k) with an aggressive company match, and an optional group health plan including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Project Managers are paid on commission via direct deposit each time a draw is received for a job. The interview process will begin soon with a target hire date of 15 November 2022.

Pay: $46,641.15 - $121,770.35 per year
