Concrete Foreman / Supervisor Job at All American Concrete Form Inc
All American Concrete Form is currently accepting applicants for our Concrete Foreman position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate all subcontractors and oversee the day-to-day activities of concrete crew,including scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, equipment operation, and accountability for all project completion time tables.
- Work closely with Project Management and estimator for plan specs, permits, plan/project checklists, and obtain all necessary approvals for modifications of scope and change orders.
- Ability to manage a crew of 5 or more employees.
- Knowledge of concrete footers, foundations, slabs, walkways, patios, driveways, steps and the ability to form driveways,slabs, walkways, patios, steps and finishing work/site prep.
- Direct sub contractors and subordinates.
- Provide schedules and schedule updates.
- Ability to effectively identify concrete mixes and determine required equipment, tools and procedures.
- Understand and implement OSHA safety requirements site wide.
- Laser screed and ride on trowels experience a plus.
- Proficiency in operation of assorted heavy equipment, especially in achieving proper grade & alignment a plus.
