We are looking for an experienced HUD/ Tax Credit Training Specialist Supervisor to join our team! Broad knowledge of various aspects of Property Management and HUD/Tax Credit Program is required.
The ideal candidate will:
- demonstrate business acumen, including strategic perspective and planning
- demonstrate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- have an understanding of the application of related functional information technologies and data management systems
- demonstarate the ability to recognize alternatives, evaluate relevant information and make sound, timely decisions
- possess ability to present material orally or in writing in an articulate and concise manner.
