We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits (CB) Professional.
- Conducts research and analyses on Compensation and Benefits projects or programs.
- Communicates CB services, initiatives, and programs.
- Responds to inquiries related to HR and CB and company policies and procedures.
- Maintains, develops, proposes, and implements HR/CB and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
- Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
