Community Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community
Summary of Position:
Community Manager for a community outside of Belfast ME. Must be a self-motivated employee that has great communication skills- as use of computer/e-mail will be a small part of the position. This position will be involved, on a daily basis, with sales and leasing. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not required.
Community Manager skills to be considered:
· Valid driver's license.
· High school diploma or GED.
· Reliability.
· Problem solver.
· Being comfortable dealing with residents.
· Makes daily assessment of the condition of the community and resolves maintenance and cleaning issues.
· Collection for rent and send checks to the corporate office.
. Touring prospects through homes that best fit their needs.
.Post and manage marketing campaigns and advertisements.
. Coordinating applicant approvals and closing efforts on sales and leasing deals.
· Ensures rules and regulation are upheld.
· Manufactured Home experience preferred but not required.
· Background checks are taken.
· Broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work.
